وقتی دیدم مادری بیگناه آواره شد
نوزاد، خود را کشاند سر بالین خونین مادرش
سینه اش را یافت، مکید شیر نداشته اش
گاه ناله میزد پاسخ نبود دوباره می مکید
گاه مرگ را میدید اما باز می مکید
اشک می ریخت با آب خشکیده ی بدنش
ناله میزد با صدای گرفته ی گلویش
آه ای خدا سینه ام گداخته شد
از تصویر نوزادی که بی دلیل کشته شد
دیشب در آغوش مادرش بود
در آغوش فرشته ی زمینی اش
مادر برایش لالایی می خواند
لالایی شیرین بود برای خواب کودکش
نمی دانست فردا چه خواهد شد
به کدامین گنه کشته خواهد شد
اینک به خاک و خون کشیده اند
مادر و نوزاد یگانه اش
من تاب و توان دیدنم نیست
